PhD students have similar rights to students, except that doctoral schools do not provide them with financial aid, including a scholarship for people with disabilities. Instead, doctoral students with a disability certificate receive a doctoral scholarship increased by 30 percent. See: doctoral scholarship at doctoral schools.<\/p>\n
