58th UŚ Polar Expedition to Spitsbergen starts
On 20 July 2022, the 58th polar expedition of the University of Silesia set off to Spitsbergen. The aim is, among others monitoring of the disappearance of glaciers in the area of the Polish Polar Station in Hornsund due to the intense warming of the Arctic climate.
