The graduation ceremony for graduates of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Silesia in Katowice will take place on 22 July at 2 p.m. in Prof. Kazimierz Popiołek lecture hall at ul. Bankowa 11. It is the first event of this type in the history of our university.
The graduates will wear academic gowns and receive congratulatory letters. The ceremony will be crowned with the famous gesture of throwing their caps up in the air. The ceremony will be participated by Katarzyna Trynda, PhD, Associate Professor, Vice-Rector for Education and Students, and Prof. Zenon Gajdzica, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Silesia.
Graduates who have declared their participation will receive a unique graduation cap and will have the opportunity to take a commemorative photo with USiołek. Shortly after the ceremony there will also be an opportunity to celebrate success among colleagues, as well as family and friends.
