In the ranking of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution, the Faculty of Law and Administration took first place regarding the pass rate of an examination for a prosecutor and second place regarding the pass rate of preliminary examinations for a judge. 32 people (almost 13% of all participants) have been admitted for both applications.
In the ranking of the Ministry of Justice, which considers the pass rate for a lawyer, attorney-at-law, notary, and court executive officer applications, the Faculty took third place. In 2021, altogether 6,373 people took these exams, and 59,6% passed them. In the case of the University of Silesia, the pass rate reached 78,81% (119 people).
