Prof. \u0141ukasz \u0141uczaj, Professor of the University of Rzesz\u00f3w, ethnobotanist, plant ecologist and populariser of wild gardens.<\/p>\n<p>The interview will be hosted by Prof. Piotr Skuba\u0142a (Faculty of Natural Sciences of the University of Silesia) and Ryszard Kulik, PhD, (Workshop for All Beings). The meeting will be broadcast on Facebook and on YouTube.<\/p>\n<p>Assoc. Prof. \u0141ukasz \u0141uczaj, Professor of the University of Rzesz\u00f3w is the Head of the Department of Botany of the Faculty of Biotechnology at the University of Rzesz\u00f3w, the author of books \u201cDzikie ro\u015bliny jadalne Polski: przewodnik survivalowy\u201d (Wild Edible Plants of Poland), \u201cPodr\u0119cznik robako\u017cercy\u201d (The Handbook of Wormeater), \u201cW dzik\u0105 stron\u0119&#8221; (Into the Wild Side), &#8220;Seks w wielkim lesie\u201d (Sex in the forest) and the editor of the monograph &#8220;Dzikie ro\u015bliny jadalne\u201d (Wild edible plants). He also hosts the show &#8220;Dziki obiad \u0141ukasza \u0141uczaja\u201d (\u0141ukasz \u0141uczaj&#8217;s Wild Cuisine), broadcast on the KUCHNIA+ channel, in which he shares his extensive knowledge on the various types of wild plants and herbs, and also cooks using them.
