#KierujSi\u0119NaTradycj\u0119 (Head Towards Tradition) is the latest project, which is an extension of the annual International Student Folk Festival, organised by the University of Silesia. At least once a month, thanks to popular science, educational and artistic events, we will provide you with ongoing access to folk culture and tradition, not only Polish, but also from the most distant parts of the world. We are going to show you that tradition, which is frequently available at hand, has connections with many scientific disciplines.<\/p>\n
The first lecture entitled \u201eKomercjalizacja kultury \u2013 przyw\u0142aszczenie czy docenienie?\u201d (Commercialisation of culture – appropriation or appreciation?), which will be led by Prof. Katarzyna Grzybczyk from the Faculty of Law and Administration, takes place on 23 March at 6 p.m. The lecture will be held online on Facebook and YouTube.<\/p>\n
