Accessibility\u201d social campaign, we invite you to participate in <em>Why do we need to create a university accessible for all?\u00a0<\/em>webinar by Maja Lipiak. The event will be broadcast via the University of Silesia\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/fb.com\/uniwersytetslaski\/live\">Facebook<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/icZroOevvyU\">YouTube Channel<\/a>. The webinar will be translated into Polish sign language.<\/p>\n<p>Maja Lipiak is the CEO of the Work from Bed marketing agency giving work to people with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>During the lecture, the guest will share her experience in working in a varied team. She will introduce the history behind the establishment and operation of such an unusual organisation creating accessible jobs. She will cover such issues as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>what teaches us the work in a varied team?<\/li>\n<li>why we all need an available university?<\/li>\n<li>what can we do for accessibility?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The \u201cAware University of Silesia.
