On 29 November 2021, a meeting with the best alumni of the 2020\/2021 academic year was held. Each of them got to be known in his or her own unique way and remembered as a person promoting development and active involvement in the student community, the academic community, and the social environment.<\/span><\/p>\n

To express its gratitude for their academic, sport, and artistic achievements, the University of Silesia invited the winners of the “Best Alumni 2021” programme to a formal dinner and presented them with specially prepared gifts: congratulatory letters and a package of university gadgets. Katarzyna Trynda, PhD, Associate Professor, Vice-Rector for Education and Students was the rectors\u2019 representative at the meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the dinner, the graduates had an opportunity to reminisce about their studies and socialise with one another. A quiz on knowledge of the University of Silesia and a lottery, in which one could win a flight in a ULKA hot air baloon, added extra excitement to the meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n
