\nCommunication is one of the basic skills needed in life. It is indispensable when working with students who experienced hardships, incl. migration and refugeeism. We will ask the question of how we can improve the quality of this relationship. How can we learn and discover their emotions and needs? The lecture is to pay attention to the real thoughts and feelings of students and decode the signals of their non-verbal communication.
