Georg Bednorz \u2013 Nobel Prize winner in physics (1987), awarded for his groundbreaking research on high-temperature superconductivity.<\/p>\n<p>The jubilee edition of the conference is not only an opportunity to present the latest scientific achievements using crystallography in materials engineering, chemistry and physics, but also to establish new cooperations, including interdisciplinary ones. The conference thematic scope covers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>analysis of the structure of materials (metals, ceramics, polymers, thin films, quasicrystals, amorphous materials, nanomaterials, molecular crystals, interface structures);<\/li>\n<li>application and development of crystallographic methods and techniques (X-ray, neutron and electron diffraction, PDF, EBSD, phase analysis, crystallographic texture and stress analysis);<\/li>\n<li>determination of crystal structure;<\/li>\n<li>phase transition crystallography;<\/li>\n<li>links between crystal structure and physical, chemical and mechanical properties of materials;<\/li>\n<li>the influence of technology, synthesis, processing methods and changes in chemical composition on the crystal structure and the course of phase transformations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The event is subject to a fee and requires prior registration via the <a href=\"https:\/\/systemcoffee.pl\/?lang=en&amp;go2rej=1&amp;kid=16472rej=1&amp;kid=1647o\">registration form<\/a>.
