During the 16th UN Digital Summit \u2013 Internet Governance Forum on 6 December 2021 an agreement was signed to establish CYBER SCIENCE the Silesian Centre for Legal Engineering, Technology and Digital Competence. The innovative unit will combine research and teaching at: the University of Silesia, the University of Economics in Katowice, the Silesian University of Technology and the Research and Academic Computer Network \u2013 National Research Institute (NASK). The document was signed by: Rector of the University of Silesia Prof. Ryszard Kozio\u0142ek, Rector of the Silesian University of Technology Prof. Eng. Arkadiusz M\u0119\u017cyk, Rector of the University of Economics in Katowice Prof. Celina Olszak and the director of NASK, Wojciech Pawlak. Perspectivies and Challenges\u201d edited by Dariusz Szostek, PhD, DLitt, Associate Professor and Prof. Mariusz Za\u0142ucki, took place.
