The list of operating laboratories\/workrooms is provided by the Artistic, Research and Educational Infrastructure Office to the Science and Research Department.[<a href=\"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/pliki\/za\u00e9\u00a6\u016fcznik_3_wykaz_uruchamianych_laboratori-w_eng-GB-1.xlsx\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_xlsx\" data-mtli=\"mtli_filesize998kB\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_xlsx\" data-mtli=\"mtli_filesize998kB\">LIST OF OPERATING LABORATORIES<\/a>]<\/li>\n<li>The teacher is obliged to maintain the register of entering individuals [<a href=\"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/pliki\/za\u00e9\u00a6\u016fcznik_1_ewidencja_wykorzystania_IBDA_eng-GB.xlsx\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_xlsx\" data-mtli=\"mtli_filesize1885kB\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_xlsx\" data-mtli=\"mtli_filesize1885kB\">INFRASTRUCTURE USE RECORD<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/pliki\/za\u00e9\u00a6\u016fcznik_2_zeszyt_pracy_laboratorium_do_podpiso\u00a6\u00fcw_eng-GB-1.docx\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_docx\" data-mtli=\"mtli_filesize1717kB\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_docx\" data-mtli=\"mtli_filesize1717kB\">LABORATORY WORK LOGBOOK<\/a>].<\/li>\n<li>Administration and Economic Departments of Campuses provide the appropriate disinfecting and protective measures for IT infrastructure and prepare the place for storing these measures, together with the relevant descriptions.<\/li>\n<li>Disinfecting and protective measures are located in every room with Artistic, Research and Educational Infrastructure, in designated areas, and they shall be labelled due to the intended use as \u201cpersonal disinfectant\u201d, \u201cdevice disinfectant\u201d etc.<\/li>\n<li>The rooms where IT equipment is used are provided by the Administration and Economic Department with foil for securing keyboards and other IT devices touched during work.<\/li>\n<li>The Faculty Office for Research, Educational and Artistic Infrastructure at the relevant faculty is responsible for the organisation of disinfection process of research, educational and artistic infrastructure and for the determination of disinfection rules in particular laboratories\/workrooms, taking into consideration their specific nature.<\/li>\n<li>Faculty Office for Research, Educational and Artistic Infrastructure provides information on the manner of disinfection to:\n<ol>\n<li>academics through the relevant Dean\u2019s office and Degree Programme Director,<\/li>\n<li>individuals using research, educational and artistic infrastructure by placing instructions with the manner of disinfection in a visible location in a room with research, educational and artistic infrastructure, including disinfectants and protective measures,<\/li>\n<li>administrators of research, educational and artistic infrastructure who specifically supervise it due to the unique nature of such infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Depending on the type of research, educational and artistic infrastructure, in line with the instructions, the user may be authorised to disinfect the research, educational and artistic infrastructure before and after work with research, educational and artistic infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>The individuals staying in a laboratory\/workroom are obliged to wear face asks or visors and gloves, apart from the clothes compliant with the relevant OHS regulations for a particular workroom\/laboratory.<\/li>\n<li>The number of individuals who can in a laboratory\/workroom at the same time is determined based on the laboratory surface minus the area occupied by the equipment (the minimum distance between people working is 2 metres).<\/li>\n<li>The information in Polish and English about the number individuals who can stay in a workroom\/laboratory shall be placed on the door.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Access to infrastructure for the purpose of carrying out diploma theses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Access to research, educational and artistic equipment to implement the practical part of diploma theses limited to necessary minimum. Practising sports, organisation and participation in sports events take place with strict sanitary regime, access control and identification of participants, upon the Rector\u2019s approval.<\/p>\n<p>The Centre for Physical Education and Sport (CWFiS) is responsible for the process of obtaining the Rector\u2019s approval. For all sport facilities, the Centre for Physical Education and Sport, in consultation with the Occupational Health, Safety and Fire Protection Inspectorate at the University of Silesia, prepares an individual instruction describing the sanitary regime, access control and method of identification of participants.<\/p>\n<p>Information is provided by the Centre for Physical Education and Sport:<a href=\"mailto:cwfis@us.edu.pl\">cwfis@us.edu.pl<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lease<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sport facilities are shared with the current lessees based on the previously concluded agreements, taking into consideration the currently effective regulations of the Council of Ministers and subject to sanitary regime.<\/p>\n<p>The lessee, as the organiser of classes, is obliged to adjust the number of individuals to the leased area in accordance with its size, subject to maintaining any sanitary regime related to the epidemic situation and regulations of the Council of Ministers for the currently existing zone where the particular sport facility is located.<\/p>\n<p>The number of individuals using the leased area depends on the organiser (lessee) and the type of sport classes, type of game played or exercises, subject to recommendation of the Centre for Physical Education and Sport specified for all sport facilities. The lessee signs a statement confirming that they have read the recommendations of the Centre for Physical Education and Sport, general guidelines resulting from the introduction of level 2 (orange) at the University of Silesia and effective regulations of the Council of Ministers concerning epidemic situation in the zone where the sport facilities are located<\/p>\n<p>All responsibility for following the effective procedures, e.g. using disinfection agents and keeping social distance securing against COVID-19 infection (depending on the type of sport classes) lies on the organiser of classes (lessee).<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div>\r\n                    <\/div>\r\n                <\/div>[\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fa fa-calendar&#8221;
