The Industry Cooperation Office of the University of Silesia is involved in the implementation of this task, also as part of the \"Innovation Incubator 2.0\" project. With a modern equipment base and academic staff, this University has the opportunity to conduct research in priority areas for the development of the province, implementing modern technologies and developing cooperation with national and international research centres. University technology transfer is supported by the Innovation and Technology Transfer Department of the Jan Kochanowski University.\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<br>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t <\/div>\r\n                <div class=\"text-modules\">\r\n                    <div class=\"container\">\r\n                        \r\n                        <div class=\"text-modules__content\"><\/p>\n<p>Tasks implemented under the project:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Initiating and strengthening cooperation between the scientific and\u00a0economic environment, including searching for entities interested in implementing the results of scientific research and development works, by promoting a technological offer and participating in \u201cscience to business\u201d exhibitions and fairs.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of projects for the commercialization of the results of scientific research and development works, including, in particular, analyses of the market potential of inventions and analyses of their implementation readiness, as well as the assessment of industrial property rights.<\/li>\n<li>Technology portfolio management, including in particular:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>monitoring and analysing the results of scientific research or development works in terms of their practical utility,<\/li>\n<li>market needs analyses to select topics for scientific research or development work and to examine the state of technology before starting research or work,<\/li>\n<li>maintaining a database related to ongoing research projects, results achieved and the\u00a0possibilities of their practical application,<\/li>\n<li>analyses of the possibility of obtaining patent protection and the possibility of commercialization of the results of scientific research and development works before their publication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Conducting pre-implementation works, including additional laboratory tests or adapting the invention to the needs of the interested buyer. As part of the project, it will be possible to finance pre-implementation works for projects submitted and selected in the competition procedure.
