As part of the One University Many Possibilities project, the Student and PhD Student Ombudsperson is conducting development workshops for women<\/strong>. They consist of interpersonal training, allowing you to work through personal experience in improving your relationships with others and at the same time maintaining self-care. They are dedicated to female administration and management staff.<\/p>\nThe workshops include 5 meetings, once a week, in groups of 8-12 participants.<\/p>\n
The workshop work is based on the group process method. Tools from Gestalt, body work, breath, relaxation techniques: visualisation, and mindfulness are used.<\/p>\n

\n- me in the world: my boundaries, my individuality<\/li>\n
- me for myself: my needs, my resources, my limitations<\/li>\n
- me in contact with you: my relationships, my experiences, my communication<\/li>\n
- the bodily self, the emotional self, the rational self, the self in movement, the self in creation: the realised sense of self<\/li>\n
- me over time: what I have created, what I want to create, what I don\u2019t want\/can\u2019t create, what I should do or stop doing so that my desires can come true<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
