As part of the DUO project \u2013 University of Silesia \u2013 available, universal and open \u2013 the Student and PhD Student Ombudsperson runs training sessions entitled \u2018Openness, equality, and understanding in teacher-student relationship\u2019<\/strong>.\u00a0 They are addressed to academics and management staff. They aim to introduce participants to the legal framework of the titular relationship and to educate them on the practical use of legal regulations.<\/p>\nThe trainings cover the following issues:<\/p>\n
\n- What tools help standardise the teacher-student relationship?<\/li>\n
- What are the difficulties in achieving equality, openness, and understanding of this relationship?<\/li>\n
- Is the titular relationship equal, skewed, or mixed?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
Group meetings also allow their participants to exchange experiences and identify problems in teacher-student relationships.<\/p>\n
