Student Government at University of Silesia (Samorz\u0105d Studencki Uniwersytetu \u015al\u0105skiego) is a student organization which brings each and every student of our university together. Dedicated to academic support, Student Government is a place where every student can go in order to seek for help in any form. Its purpose is also to represent students both within the university and externally, as well as to organize multiple social and academic events. Student Government is divided into 7 commitees: student organizations, teaching, legal, promotion, cooperation, foreign affairs and culture. Every student of our university may apply to join the government.<\/p>\n
Student Government\u00a0is the driving force behind numerous academic, cultural, sport, and entertainment initiatives and events organized at the University of Silesia and in the city of Katowice. The most experienced members can assume the responsibility for periodic efents (such as Science Festival), present their creativity by initiating new ideas or serve as a valuable source of support for fellow students.<\/p>\n
