We are proud to announce that the Scientific Information Centre and Academic Library building is a winner of two architectural contests:  Award of the Year 2011 and Polish Cement in the Architecture 2012.
Award of the Year is annually granted by the Association of Polish Architects (Polish acronym: SARP). Polish Cement in the Architecture 2012 is a joint initiative established in 1997 to appreciate the innovative use of cement in architecture. Jury members are both Cement Manufacturers Association and SARP representatives.
These two architectural awards are not the first and, hopefully, not the last signals of appreciation for our extraordinary library.
