Various events will be held in the cities of Katowice, Gliwice, Rybnik, Sosnowiec and Bielsko-Bia\u0142a.<\/P><br \/>\n<P>The Silesian Researchers\u2019 Night offers an original and unusual approach to science, a lot of humour, commentaries by well-known and popular scientists and academics as well as madcap experiments carried out by researchers. Participants will have an opportunity to attend lectures and shows and watch experiments from a wide range of disciplines: architecture, biology, chemistry, ecology, physics, photography, history, computer science, foreign languages, forensic science, culture, literature and arts, mathematics, medicine, natural sciences, travel, politics, traffic regulations, public relations, robotics, technology, management and everyday life. What a Pole should \/ should not expect from his Slavonic brothers<\/EM><EM>\u2019;<\/EM><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>Literature, art and travel: <EM>\u2018Discover the secrets of Tuscany with Pinocchio\u2019, \u2018Around France with Asterix\u2019, \u2018Conquer Granada with Los Lunnis\u2019<\/EM><\/LI><br \/>\n<LI>Every day life: <EM>\u2018The art of navigating through a maze of information\u2019, \u2018Integration, motivation, leadership! \u2013 building relations in a group\u2019.<\/EM><\/LI><\/UL><br \/>\n<P>The Silesian Researchers\u2019 Night is part of the European Researchers\u2019 Night organised by the European Commission. The event aims to promote science and encourage people to broaden their knowledge. Celebrated annually since 2005 on the last Friday of September in all EU member states, the European Researchers\u2019 Night brings together the public and researchers, who meet at lectures, shows, presentations, exhibitions and competitions.
