The Repository of the University of Silesia (RE-BU\u015a)<\/a>, the platform for lodging and publicising the University\u2019s intellectual property, is celebrating another success. The number of publications in the database has exceeded 20,000 items.<\/p>\n The Repository was established on 10 February 2018 and contains the full text of publications of employees, PhD students, and students of the University of Silesia. Its establishment was guided by the ideas of Open Science and Open Access. The platform enables presenting the University’s brain capital and intellectual potential, promoting the academic achievements of the academic community, and facilitating the educational process. Publishing in the RE-BU\u015a significantly increases the visibility and reach of the uploaded academic achievements.
