Among the winners of the Festival is &#8220;Submission&#8221; (2020), dir. Micha\u0142 Ciechomski with cinematography by Pawe\u0142 Grabarek. The film was produced by the Krzysztof Kie\u015blowski Film School, the University of Silesia in Katowice and was appreciated in the category of the Best Cinematography &#8220;for its beautiful and modest, rich and focused presentation of quite abstract, but a very contemporary story. For the fantastic use of the space, for <em>production value<\/em>, but also for the cinematography in the service of the story.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The list of all prizes awarded by the jury of the 18th W\u0119giel Film Festival consisting of Piotr Domalewski, Marcin Kosza\u0142ka, Lidia Damatto Moreira and Olga Chajdas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Best Documentary Award: &#8220;The Golden Buttons&#8221; dir. Alex Evstigneev, Russia 2019;<\/li>\n<li>Best Cinematography Award: Pawe\u0142 Grabarek for the cinematography for the film &#8220;Submission&#8221;, dir. Micha\u0142 Ciechomski (produced by the Krzysztof Kie\u015blowski Film School), Poland 2020;<\/li>\n<li>Best Polish Film: &#8220;We are not friends&#8221; dir. Alicja Sok\u00f3\u0142 (produced by the Warsaw Film School), Poland 2020;<\/li>\n<li>Best Feature Film: &#8220;Things Like&#8221; dir. K\u00e1lm\u00e1n Nagy, Austria 2020;<\/li>\n<li>Special Mention: &#8220;Inside me&#8221; dir. Maria Trigo Teixeira, Germany 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Audience Award went to the creators of the film &#8220;Things Like&#8221; dir.
