In the interest of safety of all residents of student residence halls (dormitories) in each of the academic housing estates COVID-19 vaccination points will operate on 30 September, 10.00 – 12.00, and on 7 October 12.00 – 14:00. (Thursdays):\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Katowice – Student Residence Hall no. 1, room no. 26
\nSosnowiec – Student Residence Hall no. 3, room no. 1
\nCieszyn – Student Residence Hall U\u015aKA, room no. 4
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

We encourage you to take the opportunity. If you wish to vaccinate at points located in student residence halls (dormitories) you need to submit an appropriate declaration during registration for accommodation (<\/span>link to the form<\/span><\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

People who want to get vaccinated will be required to complete the “COVID-19 pre-vaccination screening form”. People under the age of 18 will complete a form that must be signed by their parents or legal guardians.<\/span><\/p>\n
