The realisation of the training \u201cPreventing discrimination and mobbing in the workplace\u201d is planned for the first quarter of 2022. The training is addressed for three groups of the employees of administrative and management staff.<\/p>\n
The goal of the training session is to increase the knowledge about equality, discrimination, and mobbing. The participants will receive information on the phenomena along with the aftermaths they cause in organisations. They will learn about preventing discrimination and mobbing and their legal consequences. The training session is to contribute to identifying, reacting, and preventing pathological behaviours and attitudes in the workplace.<\/p>\n
