On 28 December 2022, Samsung Electronics Polska Sp. z o. o. and University of Silesia in Katowice signed a cooperation agreement.<\/p>\n

The agreement covers, among others, consulting regarding the creation of postgraduate study programmes, engaging qualified staff in conducting classes in the field of information technology, digital technology and cybersecurity as well as cooperation in the postgraduate study project: \u201cTokenisation and automation in the digital economy. Legal, technical and management aspects as well as cybersecurity management\u201d.<\/p>\n

The aim of the unit is to conduct and promote dynamic and interdisciplinary areas of science in the field of digital economy and cyber security by strengthening cooperation between our university and industry.<\/p>\n

The project coordinator on behalf of the University of Silesia is Dariusz Szostek, PhD, DLitt, Associate Professor, Director of the Silesian Centre for Legal Engineering, Technology, and Digital Competence CYBER SCIENCE.<\/p>\n
