Registration for the next semester of judo classes for children and their parents starts on 1 February. During judo kids, older and younger participants will be able to learn the basic elements of this discipline, develop psychomotor skills as well as their teamwork skills, and above all, have fun and spend time together in a positive way. During classes, both joint and separate exercises for younger and older age groups will be conducted.<\/p>\n

Training sessions will be held weekly on Wednesdays at 5.00-6.00 p.m. at the Rectorate of the University of Silesia in Katowice (ul. Bankowa 12, room B 1.1).<\/p>\n

Judo kids is available for children who are from 2 to 6 years of age.<\/p>\n

Participants are asked to bring sports outfit (T-shirt, long trousers).<\/p>\n
