The Cyber Science Silesian Centre for Legal Engineering, Technology and Digital Competence was presented with the honorary title of Friend of the Digital Poland Association. The organisation appreciated the cooperation with the centre and its contribution to the dissemination of knowledge in new technologies.<\/p>\n

The title was awarded during the technology festival Rethink Digital Fest, taking place on Tuesday, 20 June 2023, in \u0141\u00f3d\u017a. The distinction was collected by Dariusz Szostek, PhD, DLitt, Assoc. Prof., Director of the Centre, at the official festival gala.<\/p>\n

The Cyber Science Centre is a research and didactic consortium formed by the University of Silesia, the Research and Academic Computer Network \u2013 National Research Institute NASK, the University of Economics in Katowice, and the Silesian University of Technology.<\/p>\n

The Digital Poland Association is a non-profit industry employers’ organisation, bringing together major digital and new technology companies such as Google, Meta, Samsung, Ericsson and IBM.<\/p>\n
