\r\n \r\n \r\n <\/p>\nDescription of the week<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\nWeek #26 of 50 Weeks in the City of Science\u00a0<\/a>is the Knowledge Week. \r\n \r\n \r\n <\/p>\nAnna Budzanowska, PhD<\/strong> \u2013 champion of the ESOF2024 conference \u2013 the largest European platform for institutional cooperation between science and the socio-economic environment.<\/span><\/span> Representative of the European City of Science Katowice 2024 and academic lecturer.<\/span><\/span> She has many years of experience in public administration.<\/span><\/span> In the years 2016\u20132019, director general and from 2019 to 2021, deputy minister at the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.<\/span><\/span> She was responsible for social consultations and strategic projects.<\/span><\/span> She initiated and supervised the National Science Congress.<\/span><\/span> Co-author of the model of doctoral schools and implementation doctorates, the Excellence Initiative \u2013 Research University, dual career programs, projects supporting social responsibility of science and the research and development sector.<\/span><\/span> Her research interests focus on the study of public policies and political doctrines.<\/span><\/span> She analyzes the research and higher education sector, focusing on the management of academic institutions, university systems, networking models, in particular European universities (EUI).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>[vc_separator][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″]\r\n
