You can send us your proposals for lectures, workshops, demonstrations, exhibitions, artistic events and other activities promoting science from 17 February to 31 March.<\/p>\n<p>The upcoming 9th edition of the Silesian Science Festival Katowice will take place from 6 to 8 December 2025, and this time the slogan is: Let\u2019s experiment! Proposals can be submitted for a completely new type of activity, through which we want to inspire representatives of all fields of science to experiment \u2013 to combine the extremes, to look for unconventional solutions, and to look at science from a different point of view than before. We look forward to seeing how creative and daring you can be!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recruitment schedule<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The recruitment will open on 17 February and run until 31 March. Next steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a01 April \u2013 2 June: verification of applications by the \u015aFN Organisational Office, content coordinators and then producers for comments from the \u015aFN Organisational Office and content coordinators;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a03-9 June: final decisions by the \u015aFN Organisational Office on the rejection or acceptance of activities into the 9th \u015aFN programme;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a010-14 June: announcement with recruitment results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How do I submit a proposal to the programme?<\/p>\n<p>The application form and the rules of recruitment will soon be available on the Silesian Science Festival Katowice website. Each person or institution submitting an entry will choose a category:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0public university (co-organiser);<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0public school (Katowice);<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0public school (outside Katowice);<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0other research unit;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0NGO;<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0commercial entity;\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0partner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Based on the selection, the appropriate form will be made available to the applicant.<\/p>\n<p>Once the application has been submitted, producers and content coordinators will contact the applicants.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any questions, please contact the Organisational Office of \u015aFN KATOWICE \u2013 by e-mail: <a href=\"mailto:sfn@us.edu.pl\">sfn@us.edu.pl<\/a>, by phone: 32 359 23 25, or at ul.
