{"id":224249,"date":"2025-04-30T15:14:54","date_gmt":"2025-04-30T13:14:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/?p=224249"},"modified":"2025-05-08T10:38:12","modified_gmt":"2025-05-08T08:38:12","slug":"ranking-najlepszych-pracodawcow-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/en\/ranking-najlepszych-pracodawcow-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Best Employers 2025 Ranking"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;]\r\n                <div class=\"text-modules\">\r\n                    <div class=\"container\">\r\n                        \r\n                        <div class=\"text-modules__content\"><\/p>\n<p>The University of Silesia in Katowice placed second among universities and\u2014which deserves additional recognition\u2014second among companies based in Silesia, in addition to taking 18th place (TOP20) among all 300 Polish companies included in the Forbes Best Employers 2025 Ranking.<\/p>\n<p>The basis for preparing the ranking was the Report from the Poland\u2019s Best Employers 2025 study covering several hundred employers (companies) from over 25 industries, employing at least 250 people, established on the basis of anonymous survey research.<\/p>\n<p>The ranking assessed the qualitative results of the people management strategies adopted and implemented by companies.
