As part of the #EUInnovateTogether initiative, a nationwide campaign has been launched to engage research teams in solving real-world technological and organisational challenges submitted by European companies. The project is coordinated by the Association of Special Purpose Companies and the Association of Academic Technology Transfer Centers, and is the result of months of discussions with representatives from 34 corporations across Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a result of these efforts, partnerships have been established with eight companies, including Orange, Veolia, GSK, Medicover, and Roche. These partners have submitted a total of forty challenges for joint development by the academic community. The initiative promotes an open and collaborative approach to research and development, beginning at the conceptual stage. Research teams interested in addressing a selected challenge can express their willingness to collaborate by contacting the University of Silesia\u2019s Business Cooperation Office (transfer@us.edu.pl<\/a>). Meetings with company representatives will be scheduled after the concept and team have been adequately prepared.<\/p>\n

The list of challenges is available on a separate website<\/a>, and additional organisational and informational support is provided by the Business Cooperation Office. Participation in #EUInnovateTogether offers an opportunity to establish long-term partnerships with industry, develop R&D projects, and potentially commercialise research results.<\/p>\n
