It contains key contact details, as well as information and procedures for emergency situations such as accidents, fires, chemical and biological threats, and cyberattacks. All information is regularly updated to respond to changing challenges and needs.\u00a0<\/p>\n The university is also active in ensuring access to information necessary for all members of the academic community. In each room there is a sign with key telephone numbers (including contact details for security points, basic emergency numbers, and information on technical support).<\/p>\n It is also important for us to ensure safety in terms of potential dangerous situations. That is why the buildings of the University of Silesia are equipped with AED defibrillators. The university is gradually equipping individual locations with this life-saving equipment.
