The Pro Silesia Business \u2013 Science \u2013 Local Government Association announced the evaluation results of the pilot \u015al\u0105skie.Lab competition, launched as the first stage of preparations for the implementation of the Scientific Programme for Silesia \u2013 a strategic initiative supporting the Silesian academic community in conducting scientific research and artistic creation serving the development of the region.<\/p>\n
Twenty-eight applications were submitted in the competition. The applications then passed the formal assessment and were subjected to an evaluation process by experts. Five projects were recommended for funding, selected for their high research potential and contribution to strengthening the region’s metropolitan functions. The total value of the applications submitted by the recommended projects was PLN 4,625,717.33, with a competition budget of PLN 1,000,000. The scale of interest in the competition and the high level of submissions confirm the significant research potential of the Silesian academic community.<\/p>\n
