Every 10 years, scientists from around the world establish research priorities for the Arctic as part of the <\/strong>Fourth International Conference on Arctic Research Planning<\/strong><\/a> (ICARP 4).<\/strong><\/p>\n After two years of intensive work, reports<\/a> outlining priorities, needs, recommendations, and an implementation plan for research, technology, and logistical operations in the Arctic have been published.
