Among the winners were the following researchers from the University of Silesia in Katowice:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Micha\u0142 Kisiel, PhD (Faculty of Humanities),<\/li>\n<li>Wojciech Sitek, PhD (Faculty of Humanities),<\/li>\n<li>Monika Szynol, PhD (Faculty of Social Sciences),<\/li>\n<li>Maciej Mazur, MA (Doctoral School).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The fellowship programme run by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education aims to recognise and provide financial support to the most promising young researchers at an early stage of their careers. The fellowships are intended to ensure stable conditions for development and research, to motivate further work, and to raise the standard of Polish research on an international scale.
