The Alliance for Organisational Psychology<\/a>\u00a0(AOP) is a federation of Work, Industrial, and Organisational Psychology societies from around the world. The AOP goal is to connect academics and practitioners as well as deepen the connections between international policy promoted, among others, by the International Labour Organization (ILO). The Alliance is also to develop effective communication and collaboration among international member organisations and expand the application of solutions in organisational and work psychology to improve the quality of work and life.<\/p>\nThe international Alliance consists of: Division 1 \u2013 the Work and Organisational Psychology within the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP), the Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychology (SIOP), and the European Association of Work and Organisational Psychology (EAWOP). Additionally, the Canadian\u00a0Society of Industrial and Organisational Psychology (CSIOP) joined the AOP in 2017.<\/p>\n
Barbara Ko\u017cusznik is a professor of work and organisational psychology at the University of Silesia in Katowice and the Director of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Staff Development. Between 2018-2022, she was the President of the Division 1 International Association of Applied Psychology; the Vice-Rector for International and Student Affairs at the University of Silesia between 2005\u20132009 and 2009\u20132013. Her current teaching and research concerns: social influence in organisation, leadership and teamwork development.\u00a0 he is the author of more than 100 publications on leadership behaviour, social influences in organization and teamwork, the editor of Management and Information Technologies<\/em>, and serves on the editorial board of the Polish Journal of Applied Psychology<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″]\r\n
