Scientific research process was the topic of another expert meeting, which took place virtually on 22 April 2020. Representatives of the project group \u201cICSD \u2013 think tank <\/em>for the development of key competencies of the Polish academic staff of the future\u201d discussed the key elements of the quality of scientific research with representatives of research staff and administrative support staff.<\/p>\n

The discussion was attended by Dr Eng. Olaf Flak, Professor of the University of Silesia (Deputy Dean for Internationalisation and Organisation of the Krzysztof Kie\u015blowski Film School) and Dr. Ma\u0142gorzata Chrupa\u0142a-Pniak (Deputy Head of the HR and Internal Communication Department), as well as Dr. Maciej Kapkowski (Faculty of Science and Technology), Dr. Marek Marzec, Professor of the University of Silesia (Faculty of Natural Sciences), Assoc. Prof. Agnieszka Turska-Kawa, Professor of the University of Silesia (Faculty of Social Sciences), Ewa Pa\u017adzior-Palus (Organisational Head of the Faculty of Social Sciences), and Magdalena Stryja (Administrative Head of the Faculty of Law and Administration).<\/p>\n
