The recruitment process involves several stages, and once an interpreter gets the job, they face numerous challenges\u2014such as the speaker\u2019s pace or views that the interpreter may not necessarily agree with.<\/strong><\/p>\n What does the work of an interpreter in the European Parliament look like, and why is MEP Janusz Korwin-Mikke such a challenge for interpreters? How can interpreters distance themselves from the content of a speech?
