Od 19 do 21 września br., na Politechnice Warszawskiej, odbędzie się jesienna Europejska Konferencja Towarzystwa Badań Materiałowych (European Materials Research Society) pod nazwą „E-MRS Fall Meeting”. Konferencja będzie składać się z 17 równoległych sympozjów z wykładami uczonych z całej Europy. Towarzyszą jej wykłady na zaproszenie, wystąpienia ustne młodych uczonych i doktorantów, sesje plakatowe oraz sesja plenarna z udziałem uczonych o prestiżu międzynarodowym, prezentujących najnowsze osiągnięcia w dziedzinie nauki o materiałach.
Wśród wspomnianych 17 sympozjów znajduje się sympozjum „S” zatytułowane
