The laboratory can conduct research on dielectric materials, semiconductors, and conductors. The scope of research includes broadband dielectric spectroscopy in the frequency range from 1 \u00b5Hz to 120 MHz, measurements of complex nonlinear dielectric susceptibility, piezoelectric and pyroelectric properties, electrical hysteresis loops, DC and AC electrical conductivity, birefringence, and domain structure<\/strong>.
