Reseach interests<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Iwona Dronia, PhD <\/strong>is Assistant Professor in the Institute of Linguistics, Faculty of Humanities, University of Silesia in Katowice. She received her PhD in Linguistics from the University of Silesia in 2008. Her main areas of interest are SLA theory and research (especially developing pragmatic competence), discourse analysis, rhetorics, pragmatics and cross-cultural communication.<\/p>\n
