Damian Absalon, Prof. U\u015a Chairman of the National Water Management Council"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]\r\n                <div class=\"text-modules\">\r\n                    <div class=\"container\">\r\n                        \r\n                        <div class=\"text-modules__content\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">During the inaugural meeting of the National Water Management Council (PRGW), which took place on 16<sup>th<\/sup> June, 2020 in Warsaw, dr hab.
