Celem konferencji jest pr\u00f3ba odpowiedzi na problemy i wyzwania, kt\u00f3re wobec teologii i\u00a0nauk prawnych stawia wsp\u00f3\u0142czesny \u015bwiat, zw\u0142aszcza w odniesieniu do ma\u0142\u017ce\u0144stwa i\u00a0rodziny. Do powa\u017cnego kryzysu trwa\u0142o\u015bci obydwu instytucji dochodzi obecnie problem ich to\u017csamo\u015bci, sprz\u0119\u017cony z postulatami redefiniowania p\u0142ci, determinowania jej psychologicznie i kulturowo, a tak\u017ce wywierania presji na zmian\u0119 prawodawstwa pa\u0144stwowego, mi\u0119dzynarodowego i wyznaniowego. Niejednoznaczno\u015b\u0107 w\u00a0formu\u0142owaniu poj\u0119\u0107 i uznawaniu warto\u015bci, przy gwa\u0142townie zmieniaj\u0105cym si\u0119 kolorycie narodowym i kulturowym spo\u0142ecze\u0144stw w dobie migracji, wymaga naukowego namys\u0142u, kt\u00f3ry wychodzi\u0142by daleko poza horyzont Europy. Nowe okoliczno\u015bci rodz\u0105 aktualne pytania: o kszta\u0142t i miejsce (rol\u0119) ma\u0142\u017ce\u0144stwa i rodziny w naszym \u017cyciu; o drogi wsparcia s\u0142u\u017c\u0105ce wyj\u015bciu z kryzys\u00f3w czy odwr\u00f3ceniu procesu rozpadu; wreszcie o perspektywy rozwoju obydwu omawianych instytucji przy wsparciu na gruncie prawa i teologii.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Faculty of Theology, together with the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice, is pleased to invite you to participate in an international and interreligious conference on:<\/span><\/p>\n

Marriage processes in the 21st<\/sup> century<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The conference aims to answer the problems and challenges that the modern world poses to theology and legal sciences, especially concerning marriage and family. The problem of their identity coupled with the postulates of redefining gender, determining it psychologically and culturally, and exerting pressure to change national, international and religious legislation, is now adding to a serious crisis of the durability of both institutions. The ambiguity in the formulation of concepts and the recognition of values, with the rapidly changing national and cultural fabric of societies in an era of migration, requires a\u00a0scientific reflection that goes far beyond the horizon of Europe. New circumstances raise current questions about the shape and role of marriage and family in our lives, ways of support to overcome crises or reverse the disintegration process, and – last but not least-\u00a0 the development prospects of both discussed institutions with the support of law and theology.<\/span><\/p>\n
