„If you are worried – have a coffee,
if you are happy – have a coffee,
if you are tired – have a coffee.”
Martyna Wojciechowska

Its incredible taste and aroma is a part of all kind of meetings, conversations, walks and everyday work… Coffee is the best way to get to know one another and the best way of integration. That is why on the 17th of December 2021, as a part of Come2US project, we have organized „The Coffee Brewing Workshop” at the University of Silesia.

The participants, our employees from different countries, had the opportunity to learn about different kinds of coffee, their place of origin and methods of processing. The workshop had a theoretical part, coffee brewing presentation and four coffee tastings. We could discuss the taste of coffee from different parts of the world and processed in various ways as well as compare the brewing methods. Each participant had the possibility to look at coffee from a new perspective and decide which brewing method is the best for them.

Thanks to the „Coffee Brewing Workshop” now the everyday ritual of preparing and drinking coffee can be like a journey to the country of its origin. The workshop was also a great opportunity to meet over a cup of this aromatic beverage and exchange the Christmas greetings.
