In the area of employment and personnel matters:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n- managing matters related to\u00a0establishing, continuing and terminating\u00a0employment of the University Staff,<\/li>\n
- determining\u00a0employees’ remuneration-related entitlements, such as long-service awards, seniority allowances, additional annual remuneration, etc., and preparing the relevant documentation<\/li>\n
- preparing all documents related to the course of employment (maternity leave, parental leave, unpaid leave, issuing employment certificates, etc.)<\/li>\n
- registering all employee absences, including annual leave and other types of leave,<\/li>\n
- handling matters related to employee pensions and disability benefits,<\/li>\n
- management of the employee pension scheme<\/li>\n
- exercising\u00a0 supervision over the use of annual leaves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

\n- searching for, collecting, and disseminating knowledge and information about external funding sources dedicated to higher education, supporting research, teaching, and the University’s third mission activities among the academic community;<\/li>\n
- organising training sessions, workshops, and information meetings for the University staff, as well as providing individual consultations on obtaining external funding and implementing funded projects;<\/li>\n
- cooperation in and supervision of the preparation of applications for external funding for research and educational projects\/grants, as well as research and implementation projects, investment projects and other types of projects, including:\n
\n- cooperation in the development and verification of documents at the preparation stage in terms of compliance with the guidelines provided by the funding institutions organising calls for proposals;<\/li>\n
- participation in preparation of the formal sections of applications for funding;<\/li>\n
- cooperation in preparation and verification of funding applications with regard to the eligibility of costs and their correctness;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
- support in project implementation, including the preparation of payment claims, financial reports, and statements related to project implementation, as well as cooperation with project management in this area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
