Everyone who lives in Poland should remember that they are obliged to register their residence. It concerns both Polish citizens and foreigners. In order to register you should have:<\/p>\n
EU, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland nationals:<\/p>\n
– ID or passport
\n– a registration form (signed also by the apartment owner or an authorised person from the hotel\/dormitory where you stay)
\n– an apartment rental agreement or hotel\/dormitory reservation document<\/p>\n
In case of nationals of other countries additionally:<\/strong><\/p>\n – visa or a residence permit.<\/p>\n The application for registration of residence can be filled in every City Hall or online.<\/p>\n When do you submit the documents?<\/strong><\/p>\n How much <\/strong>will I p<\/strong>ay?<\/strong><\/p>\n The check-in service is free of charge. You will not pay anything for the first registration document. Each subsequent document issued after checking in costs PLN 17.<\/p>\n How long <\/strong>will I wai<\/strong>t?<\/strong><\/p>\n The officer will register you as soon as he\/she receives your application. After you register, he\/she will issue residence registration document.<\/p>\n Where can I register my residence?<\/strong><\/p>\n In every City Hall of the city where you live.
