Fill in the application.<\/h3>\r\n                        <div class=\"row m-0\">\r\n                            <div class=\"text-modules__content\">\r\n                                <strong>Please note!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fields marked with * are mandatory.<\/li>\n<li>Before filling in the form, we advise you to read the explanations provided next to them, as well as the guide.<\/li>\n<li>If multiple answers are possible, this is indicated in the given point.<\/li>\n<li>Individual sections of the application appear on the screen depending on the answer given (e.g., selecting NO to the question about the participation of vulnerable persons in the research means that the section devoted to this issue will not appear on the screen and does not need to be filled in).<\/li>\n<li>The application is saved automatically. Submit the application.<\/h3>\r\n                        <div class=\"row m-0\">\r\n                            <div class=\"text-modules__content\">\r\n                                <strong>Please note!<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After submitting the application to the Committee, we suggest keeping a copy of it in PDF format.
