It\u2019s not uncommon for us to hear or say the phrase 'I don’t know how to rest’. Many people have this problem because resting isn\u2019t easy. Our venial (or perhaps mortal?) sins include postponing rest and 'stresslaxing’. During the webinar, we won’t be able to address all the psychological issues related to rest, but we will discuss a few dysfunctional beliefs about rest. Most importantly, though, we will inspire each other to rest properly so that we can fully relax \u2014 mentally, sensually, emotionally, socially, creatively, spiritually and physically.<\/p>\n
