{"id":16677,"date":"2019-11-22T11:33:01","date_gmt":"2019-11-22T10:33:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/student\/?page_id=16677"},"modified":"2023-10-03T15:51:12","modified_gmt":"2023-10-03T13:51:12","slug":"finansowanie-dzialalnosci-studenckiej-i-naukowej","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/us.edu.pl\/student\/en\/dzialalnosc-studencka\/organizacje-studenckie\/finansowanie-dzialalnosci-studenckiej-i-naukowej\/","title":{"rendered":"Financing student and scientific activities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column]\r\n                <div class=\"text-modules\">\r\n                    <div class=\"container\">\r\n                        <h3 class=\"page-title text__title\">Financing student and scientific activities<\/h3>\r\n                        <div class=\"text-modules__content\"><p>Cultural, artistic, sports and scientific activities of university organisations operating at the University may be co-financed in particular from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>distribution of funds made by the University Student Government Council;<\/li>\n<li>Rector\u2019s funds intended for teaching activities, i.e. the Rector&#8217;s Reserve;<\/li>\n<li>targeted subsidies, donations and bequests received for cultural, artistic, sports and scientific activities;<\/li>\n<li>revenues from the organisation&#8217;s activity;<\/li>\n<li>funds at the disposal of organisational units (Dean&#8217;s subsidy);<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Distribution of funds carried out by the University Council of the Student Government<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All entities that have been granted the status of an organisation of the University of Silesia, i.e. all organisations included in the list of university student organisations operating at the University, can participate in the distribution of funds.<\/p>\n<p>The University Council of the Student Government distributes funds for student activities for a given six months, based on the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.studenci.us.edu.pl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/902583b9646b17c8a0c4b5713c01253b.pdf\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\">rules and regulations<\/a> for the distribution of funds, on the following dates:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to 15 February covers the period from January to August<\/li>\n<li>to 15 October covers the period from September to December<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The funds are divided between organisations and associations that have submitted substantive and financial reports from previously received grants (regarding the previous six months) and applications together with cost estimates for co-financing of projects for the next period within the prescribed deadline.<\/p>\n<p>All information regarding the distribution of funds for student activities can be found on the website http:\/\/www.studenci.us.edu.pl\/?page_id=509<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rector&#8217;s Reserve<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The reserve consists of the Rector\u2019s funds, agreed by the Rector with the University Council of the Student Government and the University Council of the Doctoral Student Government. The reserve is intended for co-financing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>outstanding undertakings of university organisations,<\/li>\n<li>outstanding individual projects of students and doctoral students related to their scientific, creative or sport activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to apply for funding for a project from the Rector\u2019s Reserve?<\/p>\n<p>A written application addressed to the Vice-Rector for Education and Students should be submitted to the Student Service Centre, room 127.
