Substantive and financial reports and concern matters related to the form of student activity. All student organisations and associations operating at the University are obliged to submit substantive and financial reports and of the received funds to the Rector (via the Student Service Centre). The documents are submitted at least twice a calendar year and contain information on the organisation\u2019s activities over the last six months.<\/p>\n
The substantive report is intended to show what activities were undertaken by the organisation in a given period. Failure to submit a substantive report for a period of 2 years will result in the organisation\u2019s inability to apply for financial resources and its status being changed to \u201cinactive\u201d.<\/p>\n
The financial report is a form of a statement and balance of the funds received from the University Council of the Student Government, the Rector\u2019s reserve or the Deans\u2019 reserve.<\/p>\n
