All student organisations and associations operating at the University are obliged to submit substantive and financial reports and of the received funds to the Rector (via the Student Service Centre). The documents are submitted at least twice a calendar year and contain information on the organisation\u2019s activities over the last six months.<\/p>\n<p>The substantive report is intended to show what activities were undertaken by the organisation in a given period.
