Individuals (full- and part- time students of all higher educational institutions, other persons) may apply for accommodation\/guest room in student residence halls of the University of Silesia for short-term stays based on hotel rules.<\/p>\n
Guest rooms are equipped with bedlinen and are cleaned each time after moving out.<\/p>\n
The check-in time for guest rooms begins at 2 a.m. and finishes at 12 p.m. the following day.<\/p>\n
Reservation in guest rooms and payments:<\/strong><\/p>\n The written application for reservation should contain the data concerning the number of persons, the length of stay as well as the information specifying the source of funding, in accordance with the regulations currently in force at the University of Silesia. The reservation shall be signed by the persons authorized to allocate funds or contain an approved cost estimate of an undertaking.<\/p>\n Organized groups from outside of the University shall make reservations in the Student Social Affairs Office: bstud@us.edu.pl<\/a>, tel. 32 359 1340.\u00a0 It may be necessary to conclude a tenancy agreement if the payment is to be settled by bank transfer and third parties are to be accommodated. \r\n \n
