Classes

All classes at the Doctoral School will be held remotely. Individual classes (tutoring, seminars) are arranged individually, however, stationary classes must be submitted to the address: szkola.doktorska@us.edu.pl.

Administrative activity of the Doctoral School

The Doctoral School Office works on-line, one person is on duty  with the door closed. All matters that require direct contact should be discussed early with via e-mail or MS Teams. Because of working remotely, telephone contact may be difficult.

Deans and Coordinators are working on-line

The duty schedule can be found at https://us.edu.pl/szkola-doktorska/en/86-2/. Applications and other documents should be sent by e-mail to appropriate persons, including the address: szkola.doktorska@us.edu.pl. There is a rule that e-mail must be sent from us.edu.pl address (PhD student or Supervisor, if the case requires the Supervisor’s approval) than it means that is accepted as a signed document, except for cases for which the original is required by higher-level documents.
